Serving memories from the finest of grains
Carved into volcanic tufa cliffs and surrounded by ancient valleys, olive groves and hazelnut fields, Blera carries the quiet richness of old-world Italy.
Behind Bléra

Our name begins with two ideas. The first is Blera, a historic Italian town shaped by landscape, patience and time. The second is blé, the French word for wheat, the quiet beginning of so many enduring baking traditions. Together, they express what we stand for: heritage with depth, refined through a contemporary point of view.
We carry that story into every creation. Familiar biscuits and cookies are considered anew through premium ingredients, balanced textures, elegant flavour pairings and careful finishing. The result is not nostalgia for its own sake, but tradition made relevant: warm, timeless and crafted for the way we gather today.
Bléra is more than a bakery name. It is a meeting of place and grain, of old-world craft and modern indulgence, made for moments that matter.
