Return and refund policy

Every order is freshly prepared with care, to make sure it reaches you at its best. For that reason, we don't offer refunds on any order once it has been placed.

You can ask to change or exchange an order only before we start preparing it. Once an order has entered production, preparation or dispatch, it can no longer be changed, exchanged or cancelled.
