Where do you deliver?
Within Egypt, starting with Heliopolis and East Cairo, New Cairo, Downtown and Maadi, Giza, and Sheikh Zayed and 6th of October.
How much is delivery?
Free on orders over EGP 2,000.
When will my order arrive?
In 3 to 5 business days. Our driver calls the number you give at checkout before arriving.
How can I pay?
In cash when your order arrives, or by Instapay transfer when you place it. Card payments are coming soon.
Can I send a gift?
Yes. In your bag, tick "This order is a gift" and add the recipient's name and a note. We hand-write it on one of our cards and leave prices out of the box.
How should I store the biscuits?
Keep the tin or box closed, in a cool and dry place away from sunlight. The best-before date is printed on every pack.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Only before we start preparing it, so contact us as soon as you can. Every order is freshly prepared, so once it is placed we can't refund it. The details are in our return and refund policy.
